Tractor Fest

Learn about the world of tractors and everything they powered on New York State farms at Fenimore Farm and Countru Village annual Tractor Fest.  See classic tractors, small engines, and other machinery, illustrating the growth of farming technology.

Over 60 classic tractors and Doodlebugs will line up for this year’s event, representing several manufacturer,s including Farmall, Ford, Case, Oliver, Moline, and John Deere. Several local tractor clubs will take part in this year’s event. On Sunday, see tractors parade throughout the museum grounds. On both days, find tractors at work in the fields. Watch demonstrations of a corn cutter and check out a display of large and small hit-and-miss engines.

Tractor Fest is a great weekend destination for families, with many activities for children planned. Take a wagon ride around the museum grounds–pulled by a tractor.

Saturday, October 11th ONLY: Sign up the younger kids for the Kiddie Tractor Pull starting at 2:00pm (registration between 1:00-2:00pm).

Sunday, October 12th ONLY: Tractor Parade beginning at noon

This event would not be possible without the Central NY Antique Tractor Club, The Tired Iron Tractor Club and the Franklin Doodlebug Club.

Tractor Fest activities are included with the price of admission!
